Kimchi – The Food That You Must Try When Visiting Korea


Kimchi is the most basic Korean food. On the other side, its deli taste makes it as one of the most recommended Asian food you need to taste in the Earth. Koreans make this perfect this in daily basis in almost every meal.
Kimchi is a traditional vegetables fermented that can be combined with many ingredients. It promotes the rich sources of nutrients to expand the human life. It is an excellent stuff to support digestion system and repel all anti-oxidant. The main ingredient of kimchi is Baechoo or Chinese cabbage. With good combination of garlic, it can prevent stomach cancer and other kind of cancer.

The word “kimchi” means pickled veggies. This incredible kimchi consists of nutrients like beta caroetene, calcium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin B, and many more.

Kimchi is to be promoted as the helper for dieters. It will reduce the cholesterol in blood stream. On the other side, kimchi also helps to improve immune system since the anti-oxidant makes sure your body will repel any kind of dirt.

When visiting Korea, you can find kimchi in almost all restaurants. Some restaurants even open their kitchen so that you can see their activity in creating kimchi. Some also teach you how to make it.
